If Tomlin is fined (and I expect it) then we should also expect that the white stripe enforcement needs to be uniformly enforced going forward in all games for everyone. Otherwise, the fine is arbitrary and capricious.

        Goodell is not arbitrary, in fact he is very consistent...he punishes noise. The more media an issue gets, the more severe the punishment.

        I would expect a very hefty fine and maybe a one game suspension. That would be the message sender.
