We were an ailing squad mid way through the season, we had hope here though, hell we even had a SUPER BOWL OR BUST thread going. Alas, I digress, enjoy planet.....a stroll through yesteryear!

Cowher miked up for the first game is classic. Man does that guy get excited. He's contagious on the sideline.

I thought it was pretty funny when he was telling Bettis they need to get better after back to back sack and forced fumble.

James Harrison's "Sh!t Happens" was a classic. He never cracked a smile. Even with Cowher joking around with him.

Sometimes I wish Tomlin had a little bit of Cowher's personality in him.

Yeah, I miss the chin a lot. If nothing else, he was entertaining, and he annoyed opposing teams' fan bases. He was a lightning rod to fire his team up, they rarely came unprepared to play ball. But, you know that team was full of players who LOVED to play the game too. Bettis and Hines exemplified that trait.

Thanx for putting this up Joos. I have spent a lot of time sifting through videos of the 70s and 90s but not the Cowher years for some reason. Very enjoyable.
