Stephens has to be #1, only because he was a first round pick and was so terrible. I think Edwards and Zo Jackson are locks. With Coclough (or whoever you spell it) on the list, that leaves the last spot between Shields and Staat. Staat went on to serve honorably in the military after his time with the Steelers, so I'll give the last spot to Shields.Comment
