Terrible Towel vs Other Towels

Seems every team in every sport has a towel now. It's kinda annoying. I only recognize the terrible towel as the only towel better than a dish rag. What do yinz think of the other towels?

I call lame. Even the white towels people wave for the Penguins. I dunno about yinz, but if I go to any Pittsburgh sporting event, I take my TT with me. Pens, Pirates, Pitt women's basketball, whatever.

I believe the TT is the only true towel that has any power. The rest are just cheap knockoffs made in China.

Agreed!! It is very annoying how some fans just can't be original and have to copy other teams. The funniest one I ever saw was when the Steelers played the Rams in the Super Bowl back in the day. The Rams tried to counter the Terrible Towel with the "Rammy Wammy". Flat out embarrassing.

Any other "towel" is a complete embarassment (though it is a form of flattery for us). If I were a fan of any other team, I would be embarassed to copy the Steelers iconic towel and would refuse to use it. I found it hilarious when - I think it was the Rats - were going to give out White towels and decided not to because white is the color of surrender.

Note to other teams: Show some creativity and come up with your own idea.
