Apparently Beachum's two mandates this offseason were: 1. Hit the weights; and 2. Work with Tunch Ilkin.

Well it definitely looks like Decastro was the only one of those 3 hitting the weights hard. I'd love to see the Steelers get Gio from UNC today. Behind some of these big boy, no one would ever see him coming.
