Too bad we couldn't have gotten him for a 6th rounder. He was effectively Haley's running game in Arizona with all the short passes.

If I recall correctly, Brady got all of his money guaranteed too, so even though he "took one for the team" the team didn't exactly do him wrong on that deal did they?

Yep. Time to get with the times and play the system like everyone else.

What was the excuse for cutting Porter vs. trading him?

Don't let the facts and/or reality get in the way for a chance to criticize the know nothing front office of the Steelers.

Just click into any thread and you're bound to stumble over a GM in waiting.

Are you sure about that? Harrison still grades out in the top 10 OLB's... Even a 7th-rounder would be better than getting nothing for him...

We could have 5 or 6 starters drafted from the 5th through 7th round. Whether that's good or bad is debate worthy.

IDK, while I hope you're right, too many teams have a need for a 3/4 OLB. Especially one that comes from a winning program and plays with a chip on his shoulder. I've heard interest linked to Cleveland and New Orleans primarily but also Philly and Baltimore.
