    Heath out now what?

To bad Saunders is on the Colts. Do they use Pope or grab someone for 1 game?

I feel for Heath. He's pretty much been the only constant on this team.

Well, Heath, sloppy play, a splash play deficient defense, and overall underachievement.

I feel for Heath too. I was referring to picking up a TE for 1 meaningless game.

If we have some luck maybe there is a guy out there to replace Pope on another teams practice squad? Time to switch gears and look towards next year. Here I did some Wiki and draft scout work.
Young TE's on PS. Could save a draft pick? There were others that I were listed as TE on wiki but FB on draft scout so I passed.

Keeping Pope and letting Saunders go, instead of developing him, was a mistake. Similar to the mistake of keeping Essex and letting go of the guard who now plays well in Buffalo, Urbik.

I say we sign a Center and develop him into a top-tier TE. Yeah, that should work.
