If Ben Can't Go Next Week...

...should we start Batch or Hoyer?

I don't see how we can start Batch. I know his backs betrayed him, but any decent quarterbacking and we still win that game today. Hell...any decent quarterbacking last week from Lefty and we win that one too.

What a waste of two otherwise great defensive showings.

I start Hoyer. It can't be worse than the product on the field the last 2 weeks.

Agreed. I don't know anything about Hoyer, but I imagine he can hand the ball off and possible throw it.

      Bring back Jerrod Johnson.

Charlie had all week to practice for this start. And he said his arm feels real fresh. And this is the result? I thought he could beat Cleveland. I was wrong. Vs the Raven's he may get maimed or killed. Save him from that fate.

Now his arm has a "not so fresh feeling."
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Lots of blame on the offensive side. What Batch did today was prove to me he is a waste of a roster spot. Batch is a real danger to the team because he still has confidence in his abilities. The Steelers need to rep Hoyer and get him up to speed fast if BB and Lefty are out.

              Depends.

Don't they seal in the freshness?
