Try not to hurt yourself too much patting yourself on the back. I've been hard on JD, but he's shown something this year. I still have my reservations long-term for sure, but he's clearly played himself into an increased role.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

hence my reason for counting only runs that counted.... easy to get more yards when you cheat by holding.

Dwyer went through a full practice on Thursday. Good to go for Sunday. He could have a huge day given that the Jets gave up like 195 yards rushing gainst the Bills.

Please, it was an unnecessary and minor hold.

Are you guys really arguing over an 11 yard run? Not 30... not an 11 yard TD but an 11 yard run?

This is Dwyer's chance of a lifetime, right now. If he produces big time, he will make them slow to bring back RM and then if he shines bright in a stretch of games, he will warrant a big contract some where, if not here. If there is ever a time when he is going to give full effort, without taping his helmet to get out of the game, it is now. If not now, then never.

the Jets would be a good team to do it against as their run defense gave up 195 rushing yards against the Buffalo Bills last week.

I rather air it out against a Revis-free secondary.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
