    Saw An Interesting Breakdown...

...on the site that shall not be named...

The Steelers ran 70 offensive plays on Thursday night:

    30 plays had 3WR, 1TE, 1RB (11 personnel) = Approx. 43%
    19 plays had 2WR, 2TE, 1RB (12) = Approx. 27%
    17 Plays had 2WR, 1TE, 2RB (21) = Approx. 24%

The remaining 6% of plays were short yardage formations with 2RBs and 2TEs or 1RB and 3TEs...

While the plays were pretty vanilla, I think that the frequency of formations might give some insight as to what the Steelers' offense could look like...

We'll have more to go on after the game on the 19th...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

sorry, this is simply not a large enough of a sample size to be able to draw any conclusions from.

we'll know a lot more after all of the pre-season games are finished...

Wonder why it is a big deal with that site (it is the depot right?) to post links here. When Bleacher Report links to that site in B/R Steeler news emails. Been wanting to post that peeve of mine for awhile now! Sorry to go off topic.
