Who will be the biggest 1st round surprise?

Just a quick question for fodder. Who will be the player that is picked in the first round that will come as the biggest shock? Who is that guy that no one is thinking is a first round pick that becomes a first round pick?

Not the player who is first round material, but is picked later in the first round then expected.

sorry but I'm confused (happens a lot). do you mean later or earlier than expected?

I think one of the 2nd Round QBs like Weedan or Kirk Cousins going late in Round 1 would be a shocker. Don't see it happening because none of the teams there need one. It would have to be a team trading from early Round 2 into late Round 1 to make sure they get who they want. I could see Miami doing this if they can't get Tannehill in Round 1.
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"

Picked in the first round that was not supposed to be picked in the first round. Not someone who falls in the draft.

Notre Dame safety Harrison Smith could sneak in there near the end of round 1. Alshon Jeffery. Maybe Amini Silatolu.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Not sure who the player will be, but chances are it'll be the Bills or the Jaguars that pick him- classic, chronic over-drafters.
The people that are trying to make the world worse never take a day off, why should I?

              Light up the darkness.

                Shea McLellin? Would he qualify?
