    Roster expanded to 90 players

The league has approved going from 80 to 90 players on the roster. The Steelers' can now keep some bubble players on the roster instead of exposing them to the Practice Squad.

The in-season roster will still be 53. This is just how many players you can bring with you to camp. In year's past, we used to be able to bring extra players to camp because we would be granted extra training camp roster excemptions if we allowed players to play overseas in NFL Europe (until that league ceased to be).
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
