recently i've read that casey was 13th among D players in number of snaps on the field last year.

i know he was hurt a bit last year so want to see how where he placed the year before

All I know is, he got a lot of money per snap played. For the upcoming season, I don't see how we can afford $8 million for a 2-down NT.

Bradshaw....I heard that Casey had gastric bypass surgery-do you know if thats true? I would think that could possibly help make his rehab easier.

Sorry,I meant loss of weight from bypass could make rehab alittle easier.

Gastric bypass for a guy whose job description is based on being difficult for o-linemen to move because of his bulk? The only way a rumor of gastric bypass would make sense would be if he planned to retire (healthier for him once his playing days are done to be 200-something rather than 400-something). A nose tackle having a gastric bypass surgery while an active football player...maybe he wants to try out for the fullback spot in Todd Haley's offense?
