Randy Fichtner's RB while the O.C. at Memphis? DeAngelo Freaking Williams.

Have you seen DeAngelo Williams' college stats?

2002 103 carries for 684 yards and 5 TD's (6.6 yards per carry and 68.4 yards per game)
2003 243 carries for 1430 yards and 10 TD's (5.9 yards per carry and 130.0 yards per game)
2004 313 carries for 1948 yards and 22 TD's (6.2 yards per carry and 162.3 yards per game)
2005 310 carries for 1964 yards and 18 TD's (6.3 yards per carry and 178.5 yards per game)
Total 969 carries for 6026 yards and 55 TD's (6.2 yards per carry and 137.0 yards per game)

Smart coaches play to their strengths, and Williams was an absolute BEAST in college.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

I know you misspelled Randy Fichtner's name in your title...

That's all nice stuff but, is Ben going to listen to him or does Ben want another puppet ?

DeAngelo might be the best all around RB in the game today when healthy. Maybe Randy could get us DeAngelo?

DeAngelo Williams signed a five-year, $43 million contract ($21 million guaranteed) last offseason, so no.

However, with some much money tied up with DeAngelo, the Panthers will likely not be able to keep Jonathan Stewart beyond this year, the last year of his rookie deal. The Daily Show should hit the open market next offseason.
