I have to say that the "retirement" of Bruce Arians has opened a small crack in the door of interest for me for the upcoming season. If you read my post right after the Steelers loss to the Broncos, you know that my passion for the game had diminishd greatly due to all of the crappy changes to the NFL over the past couple of years.
I haven't watched any football since that game as I predicted. And for those of you who chalk it up to pouting because the Steelers are out of the race, I never lost interest in the playoffs or SB after the Steelers' elimination before. It was different this time. I kind of broke up with the NFL and it doesn't hurt so much.
But, the removal of Bruce Arians is akin to an old girlfriend losing 20 lbs and looking hot again after you broke up with her.
And now you want her back...
