    The Ratbirds get called for holding which brings the Rice TD run back, but why do they get 1st and 10 after that instead of 1st and 20?

      Yep. And raY ray goes helmet to helmet on Hines with no flag .

          Did you see Suggs standing there near Hines when they were checking him out. Acting all concerned. Yeah right. Ray Ray better get a fine for that.
