Ravens confirm Ngata missed 2nd straight practice

I wouldn't mind if Ngata didn't play (Mendy probably wouldn't mind either)

Ravens confirm Ngata missed second straight practice

    Two-time Pro Bowler's status unclear

November 03, 2011 By Edward Lee

The Ravens confirmed in Thursday’s injury report that defensive tackle Haloti Ngata did not practice for the second straight day. The two-time Pro Bowler sat out Wednesday’s session with what the team described as a thigh injury.

If Ngata does not practice Friday, his availability for Sunday night’s clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers would be in serious doubt. If Ngata – who has missed four starts in his six-year career – cannot play, Arthur Jones would appear to be in line to make his first career start.

He'll play, of course, I wouldn't be averse to cut blocking him a couple times with Pouncey and Kemo or Foster just to see how the thigh is going to hold up.
