OT - Question about Sunday Ticket

So the Packers are playing in Detroit and carried locally...which means that's my game on Fox.

On Sunday Ticket I can get the Bears @ Panthers but can not get Colts @ Vikings. I tried to switch to that game and get "this program not available in your area".

There are some strange blackout rules.... Was the Vikes game supposed to be carried in your area?.... I have had that issue before, and I called them to question it... It invariably gets "turned on"...

I never looked at the guide to see if it was on the local CBS affiliate. Usually when the Packers play the local affiliate will not even bother to carry another game.
