Apparently with the old ones he wasn't able to see that he had check down options available!
Or ... maybe he is recovering from a stroke, and just wasn't aware that there were people open WITHIN 5 YARDS OF HIM when he was passing the ball!!
All kidding aside, and I'm not saying this is the case, but since the loss in Houston Ben is playing like he just found out there's not a rule that prohibits him from passing to someone who isn't streaking down the field.
