Center Maurkice Pouncey said today he was fined $7,500 by the NFL for a late hit in Sunday’s loss in Houston.

Pouncey was penalized 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct when he blocked Texans linebacker Connor Barwin to the ground after a 14-yard run by Mewelde Moore in the second quarter.

Pouncey is the third Steelers player to be fined by the league this season.

Dont count on it. We are now 5 for 4 in fines per game.

The bad thing is all of these Steelers are now potential repeat offenders.

When you make a new law, you make new criminals.

Agreed. When did every penatly become worthy of a fine? There's protecting players and then there is this Bulll Sh**. These are grown men playing a violent game. They understand they are going to take a shot now and again.
