Now that is a RB. He runs full speed, downhill, and is able to change directions without slowing down or having to spin or juke. Has great vision and instincts. Flow going one way, he sees a seam and he hits it hard. He can block and he can catch. He is fast becoming the best all around RB in the game.

Re: Darren McFadden
Hard to believe that McFadden, Felix Jones, and Peyton Hillis were all in the same backfield in college. It's not quite Thurman and Barry at OSU, but it's still pretty impressive.Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus. -
Re: Darren McFadden
Agreed. I had him in FF last year so I watched him play a few times. IMO he soon enters the conversation of top backs in the league.Comment

Re: Darren McFadden
For what it's worth:
"Fumble Machine" Rashard Mendenhall has 6 career fumbles in 597 carries (so, in other words, 1 out of 100 times, he fumbles. And the Ngata hit which wasn't his fault still counts against him as one of these 1% fumbles).
"Best All Around RB in the Game" Darren McFadden has 12 career fumbles in 462 carries (twice as many fumbles in 135 less carrries? Hmmm...).
Just sayin'....Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Other than some minor durability concerns, I totally agree.Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.Comment

Re: Darren McFadden
i think people are also remembering his 6 fumbles in 4 preseason games when they say he fumbles alot. So was last years 2 fumbles the fluke or the previous year? My knock on Mendy is that he doesnt hit the hole hard he trys to side step everything and everytime he does that spin move he holds that ball out .Comment

He hit the hole hard in his rookie season and Rey Rey met him in the hole and Mendy came out with a broken shoulder. I think that is still in the back of his mind
