Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is so. But, you would never know it if you tried to find out on the Post Gazette. There was no mention of this although I did see an article which had him listed as one of the Steelers FA's this year. Oh well, sometimes these things get overlooked. Nonetheless, I wanted to find some confirmation of this. I know, I thought, surely the Tribune will have some info on this, I mean after all the guy was here for several years and really was not bad. Search came up empty. 
WTF Is this guy no longer a Steeler or what?
As a last resort I decided to check the Steelers Depot. Yeah, I know we should not post links from that site anymore, but if there is going to be any mention of Nick Eason [I think it's Nick??not sure] it would be there. Nothing slips by them guys. Damn! the search thing would not even acknowledge his existence. I mean seriously it refused to search and kept going back to page 1 stuff. It wasn't like as if they did not have a lot of info there. I mean they said the Steelers released Adam Mims WR Aug 10, claimed Jarrett Crittenton DE and cut DE Ty Boyle Aug 8. Stuff like that.
Okay, enough of this nonsense. But I really am finding this totally laughable. Certainly this player was not a household name but geez you would think he ought to at least get one line somewhere. No Respect.
Incidentally, this guy is now in Arizona. And if they still use the 3-4 D he will help them. Hmm! We play them again this year don't we? Well, I hope the Steeler fans don't find out he's gone the hard way.
