Lofa Tatupu about to be released...

    Per espn insider-

Lofa is one of the few players I believe could come in and replace Farrior. He's 6'0" 250 lbs, 28 years old, 7 years experience, former pro-bowler, very good understanding of the game, good tackler, good in coverage.

I know ILB doesn't get mentioned as a "pressing" need, but Farrior is truly on his last legs and we don't have anybody in the wings who can do what he does MENTALLY. I believe Lofa can. This would also save us a high draft pick next year (that we could use to pick up a solid NT or OG).

He's a pure 4-3 LB. Never played in a 3-4 in his life. And it calls for so much more then a traditional 4-3 LB.

What's the deal with him. He was really good his first 3 years, but he's dropped off the map since. Does he have some injury issue?

Haven't seen him since I don't watch much of the Seahawks. But I know I heard a lot more about him when he first came into the league. But I don't remember hearing his name ever or seeing him on SportCenter ever anymore.

So his play must really be down, cause SportCenter makes below average guys sound like first ballot HOFers. Not hearing your name ever is a bad indicator for a guy performance wise.

The walrus (his former coach) is drooling and the browns have cash to spend. I expect him to be in Cleveland tomorrow.

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Singer Meat Loaf faints with asthma attack in Pittsburgh singing I Would do Anything For You yet resumes after treatment

Meat Loaf passed out during a concert performance in Pittsburgh.

HALFWAY through a rendition of his hit I Would Do Anything For You (But I Won't Do That), rock singer Meatloaf collapsed.

Meat Loaf, 63, fell unconscious on stage at Trib Total Media Amphitheatre in Pittsburgh and was treated by paramedics and doctors.

Meat Loaf, who will perform at the AFL Grand Final on October 1 - as part of his Australian tour which includes Perth gig on October 22, refused to leave the stage and after 10 minutes of treatment got back up and continued his show.

"Like twice as many of you, I f*#kng fainted,” he told his fans.

“I have asthma, I can’t breathe, and then, oh wait, I forgot, I got poked by a pin and bled half to death, and then I got slapped in the face and my tooth is loose."

This is not the first time Meat Loaf, real name Michael Lee Aday, has collapsed. He was last seen collapsing in public in 2007 but recovered quickly after medics helped him.

Meat Loaf's album Bat Out of Hell has sold over 43 million copies and has never left the UK music charts. The singer also has over 50 film and television credits including Bob Paulson in Fight Club (1999), Eddie in The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) and as himself on The Celebrity Apprentice.

Correct, but not absolutely correct. Farrior came from the Jets as a 4-3 OLB.
