    I like the misleading title there DD.

    Pitt was tops, and Penn State was tied for 4th. And that's just out of the teams ranked in the preseason top 25 last year.

    Rough stretches for both teams to be sure, but not nearly the catastrophe for Pennsylvania college football as you attempted to make it be.

      Well in my math I would consider 1st and 4th to be amongst leaders. So...no it inst misleading.

          Also misleading - It doesn't distinguish between things like underage drinking and serious crimes in the "Charged" column.
