      I think those stats are a skewed. Teams that are playing from behind pass more.

          Numbers are numbers... 99% of all stats can be made to say anything 50% of the time...

              Nice post, NKy! What I don't understand well enough though is how to sort out the "cause and effect" part of this - is running a cause of winning, or does it looks good simply because when teams are winning early they usually run the ball more. Same with passing, OCs probably tear up the running plays when they fall way behind, so the QB then passes 35-45 times and has a good statistical day, whether or not they win.

              Maybe all the #s are just another way of saying that it sure is a good thing to jump out to an early lead!

              It'd be nice to see Ben get down the field and score real quick on the first 3 drives, then turn the ball over to FWP and Mendy for the rest of the day.

                  This issue definitely skews the stats.....
