Did anybody stop to think that Horton is a better coach than any of us arm chair GMs and talent evaluators is giving him credit for? Just sayin...
Maybe Troy and Ike aren't as good as we think and the others are really bad and Horton was able to coach them up to get within one drive of winning the Super Bowl. Did anyone ever consider this notion?
Pappy
There is a reason that the team did not allow Butler to interview anywhere (he's a vital part of our defensive staff and has a long term future with the team) and they had no problem whatsoever with Horton peddling his wares (we could do without him; the secondary has our weakest link on defense by far for a long time now, so we could certainly improve there).
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
