    What about John Harbaugh's tactic...............

Did anyone notice Harbaugh throwing the "red" flag challaenge late in the game on the 4th and 1 when Ben was in the hurry up, no huddle offense? I think the announcer stated Harbaugh thought it was marked a first down. I think this was a blatant (and successful) attempt for Harbaugh to slow down the momentum and get the a substitution in during our "No Huddle" attack. I even noticed his usual smirk on his face after the refs bit on this tactic.

I know it won't happen, but I would love to see him get a fine over this.

Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

It was an attempt for him to get his defense to think (not jump offsides), aligned, and set for the short yardage play. It was a cheat move that was smart. Can't fault the guy for taking advantage of the situation.

It all worked out for the Steelers. The offensive line did a good job of allowing Ben to give a great 2nd or 3rd effort.

The rules will need changed, because it amounts to an extra time out. Harbaugh knew exactly what he was doing then. They should have been penalized a time out.

I thought what Harbaugh did was a cheat move that was smart. There is another side to it though.

Coaches can claim what they want in that situation. Harbaugh could say that he thought the Steelers lined up so quickly to avoid being challenged for a first down they received. Things happen so quickly under those circumstances. Sometimes, so quickly that coaches rarely have time to think or see the replay, so they just react. There is some gray area with that red flag.

Maybe they should take it out of the coaches hands? Do something similar to college football?
