    Brett Favre and Peyton Manning

The NFL changed 35 year old OT rules because these two douche bags choked in the playoffs.

Now Peyton is one and done (again) and Fave didn't even make it.

    Real bright move there NFL.

Sounds like the Manning and Favre backers when they choked in the playoffs.

Once again, big game Peyton's offense craped the bed. 16 points against a #6 seed?

      Yeah, he's great.

Brett Favre's sister among 5 arrested in meth bust

KILN, Miss. — The sister of Vikings quarterback Brett Favre was jailed on $40,000 bond after a brief appearance Thursday in a Mississippi courtroom, a day after she was arrested during a methamphetamine bust.

Brandi Favre, 34, wearing orange prison scrubs and a GAP sweat shirt with her hands cuffed in front of her, was in the courtroom less than 10 minutes. Hancock County Justice Court Judge Tom Carver Sr. agreed to arraign Favre before her co-defendants because of the attention she drew. He set the bond on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and generating hazardous waste.

If convicted, she faces up to $1 million in fines and up to 30 years in prison on each count.

Defense attorneys Richard V. Dymond and Chad Favre said she planned to post bond sometime Thursday. Meanwhile, she was to be jailed about 30 miles north of coastal Kiln in Pearl River County. Prisoners have been held there since Hurricane Katrina destroyed jails in coastal counties.

She was among five people arrested Wednesday during a drug raid at a condo in Diamondhead, Miss. About nine grams of methamphetamine — worth about $1,000 — were recovered, said Hancock County Sheriff's Maj. Matt Karl.

Karl said deputies found a meth lab in the bathroom and had to evacuate seven nearby condos while a hazardous materials team cleared out all the drug-making chemicals. And it wasn't the first time deputies had encountered Brandi Favre, Karl said.

"She's always in trouble," Karl said.

Dymond said he was not sure what Favre's relationship with her co-defendants was, or her relationship with Carl Wynn III, 53, whose apartment they were in when arrested. The other four, who also face drug-related charges, also had their bonds set at $40,000.

"We really haven't had time to sit down and sort it all out yet," he said.

Favre appeared calm during her court appearance, standing directly in front of the judge's desk, flanked by her attorneys.

"She's OK," Dymond said. "She seems to be taking it all right."

Favre's next court appearance was set for Feb. 8.

In 1999, Favre, her sister-in-law and another woman were booked with felony shoplifting. In 1996, she was charged with unlawful use of a weapon in connection with a drive-by shooting at a motel in Slidell, La. At the time she was a student at Southern Mississippi, where Brett Favre played.

She completed a program in Louisiana that allowed her criminal charges to be erased.

Rules are forever getting changed and altered in favor of guys like Manning and Brady. Neither have taken advantage of them since they were made. Manning can't take advantage because he is always going to find a way to come down to earth in the playoffs and Brady has failed to take advantage of them since the Pats* were caught cheating and slapped on the wrist.

I'm sure the Gap was thrilled to get that little bit of free advertisement.

Our sweatshirts look great over orange prison scrubs!
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Crash just because you say the same thing over and over doesn't mean its real or anyone believes you more. It just tarnishes ANY credibility you have. Those that agree with you, agreed with you the first time.

Show me ANYWHERE in print that calls out the NFL for catering to these two buffoons as to why they changed the decades old OT rules besides me?

The NFL has to get it through their collective heads that there is more to this league than catering to Peyton Manning and Brett Favre.
