SidSmythe Coming To Town (JAN. 15th)

SIDSMYTHE is coming to Town

I was going to bring my 10 yr. old w/ me, but since we are staying at Splash Lagoon indoor water park in Erie, PA. at a comfy 84 degrees (indoors) he doesn't wanna go to the game!! He'll stay behind w/ my Wife and 2 other boys.

I'm looking for 1 ticket in the NORTH END ZONE UPPER LEVEL.

SIDSMYTHE's OPTIONS:
~purchase 1 ticket if he can find one from a reliable seller
or
~purchase 2 tickets and sell the other one (who else is in my situation and looking to buy a ticket??? You have to buy 2 online).

Who on here has the best Tailgate Party???
Where's the cheapest place to park??
If I decide to drag my family from Splash Lagoon to Pittsburgh, where's the best place for a woman and 2 boys to hang out for the day???

Help a brother out here ...1st trip to Pittsburgh (for a Steeler game) since 1998 when the Steelers defeated Warren Moon and the Seattle Seahags ... Fu'amato Mah ah Falllahhhh had his 1st career TD that day.
Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go...
Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go...
Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go...!!!

Try ticketmaster. I believe you can buy just one ticket on there.

C'mon down to the tailgate Sid. It's on the corner of Reedsdale and Fontella diagonal from the new Rivers casino. You can park at the casino for free (I think...if you arrive early enough) and just walk over and hang out. PM me for more details.

You can park in the casino for free if you arrive at least 6 hours before game time. I did that for the Planet Tailgate earlier this year. If not, pretty much everything on the north side is going to cost you $25 or more (although Jiga said that he has been able to find street parking in the past on Ridge Ave. near West Park; never tried that one myself). My father and I usually park at the municipal lots downtown, which cost $5 or $10. We then walk across the Clemente Bridge (6th St.) to PNC Park and then over to Heinz from there.

I believe the TicketExchange through the Steelers official site can sell single tickets (that is where you can tix from season ticket holders who don't plan to go), but it appears that tickets for the divisional playoffs go on sale there until tomorrow:

http://www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/NFL/pittsburgh-steelers-tickets/?intcmp=tm104254&wt.mc_id=NFL_TEAM_PIT_HOME_200X24 0

If you do get a ticket in the North End Zone Upper Deck level, that is where I am, so feel free to stop by and say hi. I'm in section 525, row FF, seats 25-26.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Not sure how early we'll be getting into town for this one. We'll have to play it by ear. If we don't get to Pittsburgh until 2 hours before game time when you pack up the Tailgate and head in to Heinz, perhaps we'll stop by the rotunda ( ) and say hey on our way up to our seats. If Smythe and Kindle and others plan to meet up with you at the Reedsdale/Fontella tailgate beforehand, then perhaps I will have to talk my father into leaving a bit early. We'll see.

Yes, the Winter Classic seats are still up and that's good news, because tomorrow morning, those tix go on sale, starting at $95 bucks.

Go get one Sid...

SidSmythe has seats in
Section: 523
Row: Q
Seats: 15 & 16 (aisle seats???)

My first option yesterday morning on ticketmaster was 1 seat, so i opted out for 2 and they were gone. Couldn't get a hit...so i went to NFL Ticket Exchange
"Opportunity!! Opportunity!! Comes knockin' at ur door!!"

My preference is being up high in the end zone so I'm very happy.

I doubt that they 15-16 are aisle seats, because I have seats 25-26 up in row FF of section 525, and still have two seats (27-2 between us and the aisle. You are probably right in the middle of the row, having to climb over a lot of people to get to and from your seats no matter which way you go. If we aren't able to meet beforehand with SN1 and crew, feel free to stop up and say hi to me and my Dad.

SteelerNation1, do you have any idea what time that lot opens next weekend? Its a great lot and seems to open pretty early. We would like to get there as early as possible. (And just to be certain we are talking about the same lot: it is off of Reedsdale and Fontella behind Mercy Behavioral Health I believe and 65 runs above half of the lot?) Thanks in advance.
