    Marshall Faulk Comments

Anybody watching the pregame of Thursday Night Football? In it Marshall is talking about the Jets and Mark Sanchez struggles he says "Just like Ben Roethlisburger he(sanchez) needs his defense and his team to lift him up so he can be great" Am I the only one that thinks that is a little disrespectful!?

Marshall Faulk is bitter because Ben outplayed his boy in SB XLIII.

      Response from Crash in 3...2...1...
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Faulk was such an embarrassment leading up to that game.

Then when Ben outplayed his boy Faulk was blaming the officials for not calling Holmes for 15 yards for his TD celebration, and said it "changed the entire complexion of the game".

Of course Warner's 100 yard pick 6 in a three point game didn't do it, it was Holmes' after a TD.

2 TD's in the last 30+ possessions... we are struggling.

But it's more OL play than anything. 17 holding penalties in 4 weeks.

A QB with a weak arm, playing in cold weather, isn't going to carry his team no matter what the defense does. He's lucky that the forecast doesn't call for high winds.

The best Sanchez can hope for is that the game plan calls for lots of runs, that his defense can win the turnover battle, and maybe a special teams TD is scored.

Otherwise, I don't see the Jets being competitive in this game.

Oh, and comparing Sanchez and Big Ben is ludicrous. Marshall is a long-time Pats hater, didn't know he was branching out to include you guys.

Jet defense is playing top notch. Special Teams are good. 3 1st Rd players on O-line. Holmes and Edwards at WR. LT at backfield.

Jets had 3 TO against Miami. Chad completed 5 freaking passes. What else Faulk wants??

                          FAulk is a retard.

Love NFLN but I really don't understand some of their hirings and firings. Remember when Lincoln Kennedy was on? I think he was there when the network first aired. He was really good. Then he was gone. Terrel Davis was annoying at times, but over all pretty good.

Love Rod but he was awful when he first started. He's improved, but still...

Sanders and Irvin???? No comments required on those two idiots.

But Faulk is the absolute worst. Whoever asked, "does he even watch the games" is absolutely correct. He speaks with an ignorance that is pretty much intolerable for me to sit and listen to. His only redeeming quality is that he hates the Pats.

I bet it has to do with the networks desire to employee current and future Hall of Famers. Which I guess I can appreciate. Still, I wish Faulk would go.
