    Back to reality.....

Great win but lets look at reality....

We just won a battle but did we lose the war (or was the war already lost)?

INJURIES.....This team is riding the knifes' edge. We are especially thin on the O-Line including TE. We may need to roll the dice next week in order to get back some of our key assets for the playoffs.

I would love to know where A. Smith is in his recovery. I wonder if he can make a Woodson like return ..ie. 1995.

My general feeling is that, as the team stands right now, we have enough to make the playoffs but not enough to make the big game. We need to get healthy.

The reality is that the Steelers are 9-3 and in good position for the playoffs. they have managed the injuries all year long and thew standard doesn't change because players get injured. So, party on and enjoy the win, that's what fans get to do, the Steelers have to get to work and perform this weekend, so that the fans can party again next week.

It's great being a fan, we get to celebrate for 7 days and the players get one night and maybe today, but then it's back to work.

Loving it, right now it's all good!
