SD would be tough in the playoffs

Hope KC beats their but* next week.

Oh, and Indy looks pretty sad. Wouldn't be surprised if there's no post-season for them.

Rivers is the announcers' new SFR (slobber-fest recipient).

San diego is really hittin there stride right now and look like a tough team. However the colts are not lookin very good so it was a lop sided win, none the less give them credit where it is due. And SD plays oakland next week in san diego.

Denver plays @ KC and Oakland is @ SD this Sunday, 12/5. KC plays @ SD the following Sunday 12/12.

my prediction is both KC and SD win this Sunday and then the Chargers will beat the Chiefs and be in a first-place tie at 8-5.

The Chargers and the Chiefs could both finish at 11-5. That could hurt us down the road. So the Colts losing tonight sucked.

Root for New England next week also. Let them beat the Jets and then we beat the Jets.

nonsense. We need the Jets to beat the Pats, and we beat the Jets.

I'm looking at it from a getting in stand point as a wild card.

Let the Pats win the East, and we (and the Pats) eliminate the Jets as a WC.

Or we could just beat the Ravens next week and not worry about what is going on in the WC race.

Get the Chargers out of warm weather or a dome and they will be exposed in January. That is why the Colts losing is so good...one less pass happy environment in the AFC play offs.

plus we seem to match up well against San Diego for some reason. Rivers doesn't throw as many dinks and dunks as the *'s so the longer routes gives our pass rushers more time to bother PR.
As many on this site think ... The Rooney's suck, Colbert sucks, Tomlin sucks, the coaches suck, and the players suck.

                          but Go Steelers!!!

Obviously we'd have our hands full with New England as well.

The Ravens and Jets are no slouches either.

If Indy wins that division we'd struggle against them as well. They are not a great team, but they have an effective short passing game and (if they win the division) we'd play them at Indy regardless of record. On that turf, Freeney and Mathis would eat our tackles (especially Scott) alive. Freeney could have 6 sacks.

The AFC is very tough this year.
Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.
