    Re: Spaeth has a concussion

It was mentioned at the press conference too. I guess he has to do all the tests and his status for the weekend is unknown.

I doubt they would make a roster move to add another TE. maybe Dwyer gets activated but more than likely given the recent in game injuries they would activate an additional OL if Spaeth can't play.

Crash will be happy... I wonder if we go 3 wide with a TE this week?

Yeah, and Antonio Brown might not even get a hat this weekend either.

No matter, they'll just line up Johnson at TE and use Redman at FB.

I have thought that Spaeth has played well all season.

I have made a point to watch him more directly, since Crash has been dogging him. I just don't see it. For a such a big skinny guy he has been pushing some guys around. And he has made some key blocks this year.

Who's gonna get fined for his concussion though?

I have been very critical of Spaeth in the past, but I have to admit that he has been playing better. He had a great block on one of Roethlisberger's long runs last Sunday.

                    Re: Spaeth has a concussion

Team officials became suspicious of a possible concussion when they saw Spaeth go into the bathroom and actually used one of the urinals. "He never does that," said fellow tight end Heath Miller. "He typically urinates in the parking lot out back."

"I knew something was wrong with him when I saw him go into the bathroom, then heard a 'flush' shortly thereafter," said Steelers head trainer John Norwig. "At first I thought he was just confused about where to relieve himself since it was his first game without his pee buddy Jeff Reed, but it turns out that there may actually be some damage to his frontal lobe. He'll be formally evaluated by a neurologist and urologist tomorrow."

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

James Harrison of course. What a silly question.
