By making the blitzer have to come from a greater distance, being able to see more clearly where that blitz may be coming from, and neutralizing the zone behind that blitz? Yet when the Steelers go up against a 3-4 (like they did last night versus the Patriots), they insist on a traditional pro style set or a bunch formation that goes directly into the strength of that 3-4??

For instance, how about using a real full back lined up in front of Mendenhall on short yardage and goal line??? is that to friking difficult???
In respect to the Patriots not using a FB... well they don't need to. Brady will actually throw a quick slant, or short timing route to move the ball.
