Ochocinco takes a shot at Bengals...

Ochocinco took the lead in criticizing the SI poll, which named Owens the most overrated player in the NFL. Owens seemed to have fun and revel in it slightly though.

“I’m good. I’m number one. I’m the most overrated player in the NFL,” he said. “It’s good, it’s all haters. It doesn’t matter. Look at what I’m doing on the field. All I said is put me in the right situation and I can ball it up.”

When Cowher suggested that Ochocinco and not Owens should be on the list, Ochocinco had a comment that might raise some eyebrows.

“I was dealt a deck of cards and that deck of cards was the Cincinnati Bengals. With that deck of cards I was dealt I’ve been playing my hand very well,” Ochocinco said.

      He should fold the hand.

We all already know the Bengals are bluffing. :P

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

If you ask me, he is part of the problem there. He is an average receiver at best. And he wont hold on to anything thrown his way over the middle.

I agree. Ochocinco is not tough.

Owens is tough though. He is a little crazy, but he still plays pretty well.
Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.

If he were a poster on this board he would be much better at taking shots at the bungals than that effort!

he may not be the best in the league or even in the top 15, but he is not average, if he was a steeler nobody would say he is average...

Right now Ocho is average... he was on the verge of being a top flight WR but he won't go over the middle and I think he realized he could make more money mailing it in and being an entertainer than a top flight WR.

WR are rarely rewarded like they used to be IMO... I'm not making excuses for Ocho but I think after he couldn't get out of Cincy he just mailed it in.

T.O. is balling though... most of the people who voted for him do so because they want him to be over rated but in reality he is putting up amazing numbers on a bad team well past his prime.

Heck, ever since taking that shot against Baltimore, he won't even go for balls over the middle, let along hold on to them. Alligator arms, anyone? To Chad Johnson, it is never going to be HIS fault and HE will never fail (ala his list of db's he has owned). Chad Johnson, in his way of thinking, is never going to have a bad game. So, it's pointless pointing out any of the facts to him, because he doesn't listen. You spout off fact after fact showing where he has underachieved, and all he hears is blah, blah, blah . . . I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggonnit, people like me!"
