    Arnaz Battle is not on the Steeler's roster....

    Does this mean Madison has made the 53 as a gunner? Maybe only 5 WR leaves room for 10 OL or 7 DL?

      I think the source (Steelers.com roster) may be unreliable - it has Frank Summers listed, and word on another post is that he was released.

          Still 64 players on that roster. Urbik is also still present and accounted for, but not Arnaz...that is interesting

                  I like Battle but the move makes sense. We have two youngsters who will command PT early. Battle is as good as Battle will ever be. He is a very good #4 WR. But, he won't be more than that for us.

                      Was Battle just insurance in case the two WR's we were targeting was not there. If so it was a smart move not sure how much money he received to sign though.
