Domino's have started a chain of ads here that basically say "yeah, we heard you when you said our pizzas tasted like dog food - so we changed them". All this stuff about changing "50 year old recipes". Sounds like they've been doing it worldwide?
They're the cheapest here in New Zealand - but haven't tried them since they say they made the changes. Glad you enjoyed yours CL!Comment

I try to stay loyal to my local pizza joints so Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa John's will never see any of my money.Obviously the standard is the standard.Comment

During my collegiate career, I was an employee of Dominos Pizza... back in the day, I found the pizza very tasty. Mind you, this was from a typical hungry 19 year old's pallet lightly sprinkled with green herb, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. In my adult years whenever I had the opportunity to sample "chain" pizza joint offerings, I never really enjoyed them... until recently. Dominos thin-crust is great. I get mine with egg-foo yung and bean sprouts.
