    I'm pretty sure Sepulvda himself said that Reed was better last year. Perhaps this is something that worked on during the offseason and improved.
    That would be wisdom on his part. He was already a walk-on LB that became a punter. Why not increase your skill set some and make yourself more valuable?

    BTW- I've also heard that he is one of the fastest guys on the team, but I forget the source so perhaps it was just a rumor.

          Into the end zone would be fine with me and force the opposing offense into a first and 80 for a TD. I believe the Steeler defense wins that matchup much more than they lose it.

          The end zone eliminates the possibility of a game changing return. Until the coverage unit proves that it can cover kickoffs without giving up the homerun return, I'd prefer to just kick the ball into the end zone and let the opponent start at the 20 yard line.
