      TSIP stands for Texas Success Initiative Program. It is a legislatively mandated program to deal with the problem of under-prepared students going to Texas public colleges or universities. The components of this program are:

      a test that must be taken prior to the student's first semester

      remedial programs designed to prepare students for college courses

      academic advising for all students
      Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

      Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

      We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

      We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

          Tsip = T-sipper

          Basically the kind of person that sips tea with a pinkie dangling is the shortest definition. Drag it out however long you like. Fruity dudes and hairy chicks may be more appropriate to today's version of those that attended texas U. Aggies call them Tsips more now to annoy them than anything else. Its a childish thing....that I'll do til I die

          They do similar things though with their nose in the air while they pretend they don't. Its sad and funny or odd for those outside of Texas.
          Being that I'm from Beaver County, I never took to Texas the state at all while I lived there. t.u. is in the only liberal part of Texas and is a liberal arts school and thus aren't appreciated by your normal born and bred Texan. Of which I am not. I am however obviously an Aggie which comes with its own set of flaws. One being we suck at football right now and I'm not enjoying it.
