Help with Finding Song name (Steelers and NFL Related)

I have for the past month been tyring to find the name of the song. I have the Autumn Thunder CD collection but still havent found it or havent been patient enough to look thoroughly through it. But here the sound of it from this Steelers Vs Browns video.

The song is the song that Plays When Kevin Johnson makes that huge reception which is at the 5:08 mark. ( I still cringe at it, but amazing editing). You can also hear it towards the end of the show when they Browns make that final drive.
I will make you a sandwich if you can find it for me lol. Thanks and I appreciate it

If you go on iTunes and type in NFL a bunch of songs come up and you may be able to match it up that way.
