Captain Lemming, it is no secret that I'm 100% against any DEI programs which I feel is racist in itself. To suggest that blacks need extra advantages to get hired because they aren't good enough is a 100% racist policy. Then we have Brian Flores who was fired by the Dolphins and then sued them for racial discrimination. So the prick was qualified enough to be hired as a HC and made millions but somehow it is racial discrimination? Tomlin loved Flores screwing the white owners so much he hired him to his coaching staff. What an ungrateful racist Tomlin is considering he was a DEI hire himself. Ironically, Rooney is now getting sued for sexual orientation discrimination. Rooney is stupid if he hires Flores, just saying.

yea, there were a few here that got banned but only the tomlin fanboys were allowed back, matter of fact, them and the moderator set up a guy to get only him banned permanently although the other 2 violated the rules. this thinking is why this board went from one of the best to one of the worst. i remember squid kid. tomlin and rooney fans didn’t like that he was right, so they labeled him a racist.

I was another member here who was opposed to giving Watt the extension... not because of his skin color, but because it was a dumb move, when you factor in his age, etc. I don't give a crap about race-- that goes for players, coaches, front office and staff. I just want them to come together as a team and win a super bowl.

No idea why some are talking about Watt’s skin color but I do remember tons of people on here saying a RB should NEVER reset the market because RB’s are a dime a dozen and easy to replace. BTW, I enjoy THESTEELERFANS and they have perpetual pinned threads critical of Tomlin. They are great. But they argue his merits as A COACH, and don't allow racist comments. This SITE OWNER is as critical of Tomlin as anyone.

Whatever has not been on here for a while. I was thinking I believe a couple of years ago I drew the conclusion that Prowler and whatever were aliases of the same guy. That being said Mike Tomlin is gone there you go. Let's move on to Chris Shula. That's his name right. All you white guys, of whom I am one, remember if Bill Cowher would have wanted to stay on he would have been able to coach for 7 or 8 more years. That's just the philosophy of the Rooney's. Mike Tomlin was just here so long because of that philosophy. The Rooney's want to make money and the Steelers are how they do it Don't rock the boat steady as she goes and bring in the $$. That's their motivation.
