Another year of new faces and the same results. We need to get younger if we are going to get over the hump. Tomlin, prolly stays one more year and then he needs to go too. Prefer if he left now. This playoff losing streak is embarrassing. I live in Charlotte and they hadn’t been to a playoff game since 2015 but they scored 31 points vs a Rams team and have a lot of young pieces in place. What do we have? Elders.. and a few young pieces that we refuse to develop. Both of our 3rd rounders from the last 2 years didn’t even dress the last few games this year. Get younger, take your lumps but get younger and develop the youth if you want real change. I said it before and I’ll say it again.. moving on from our young core was a terrible mistake. Nothing has really changed. A few more TD’s but in crunch time our old QB’s have been scared to play football the way its supposed to be played.

lol… acting like now is the time tomlin should be gone . just think where this organization could be right now if they got rid of tomlin and went after a real qb 7 years ago? like a few us us ‘non fans’ wanted.

I’ve been saying for the last seven years that our window officially closed with the playoff loss to the Jaguars in 2016 playoffs. Tomlin showed right then and there that even with a stacked team, he couldn’t get the job done. I knew we’d never win a Super Bowl again with him as head coach. Here we are , 9 years later and havnt won a playoff game since the 2016-17 season . With groupie Tomlin supporters hanging on to Tomlin’s ********* after all these playoff embarrassment. It’s groupie fans like this that are part of the reason we are where we are.
