I turned against George because of his attitude. I thought his attitude was ruining him. He has already caught more balls in 11 games than any of his 3 seasons with us. He will catch over 100 balls with 1600 + yards. I.was wrong about his attitude killing him. What does George's success say about our coaching staff? I would say that my thread about the " end of the Tomlin era" is true. Whether he and the staff leave this year or in 2 or 3 years, his time is done. We are in the proverbial death spiral and need a complete reboot.
George has caught a lot of balls.

It may be we tried to fit a square peg in a round hole with George. I read someone's evaluation saying our OC wants to go deep to DK. We did it with Aaron and tried to duplicate it with Mason. We just keep making the wrong decisions. Whether in who we draft or puck up as a FA. It is obvious that we effed up with the G Pickens trade. That's my.whole point , we are on the wrong side of talent evaluation, game planning, and half time adjustments. I've been through this before and we take forever to see the light. Art is coasting into the sunset. Whether he rips the bandaid off all at once or just milks history I don't know. I hope he rips off the bandaid and reboots everything.Comment

I knew Pickens was going to behave himself and have a good season because he's in a contract year. We could have kept George and let him go in free agency and receive almost the same 3rd round comp pick that we got from Dallas.Comment
