I wouldn’t say cooked, but it seems he now has happy feet. I don’t blame him at 41, I sure as hell wouldn’t want to get pancaked. But it hurts the team. And not sure about this because I haven’t watched him closely for 19 years, but his throwing motion looks lazy. He flicks it more sidearm than planting and putting his whole body into it. Seems off to me and maybe that’s why he’s had accuracy issues lately? I mean, who’s gonna correct him - even if he needs it?

When I was watching yesterday’s game I kept saying that Rodgers looked very indecisive and apathetic then Rudolph comes in and the whole vibe of the entire team and the crowd just changed so I’d be in favor of benching Rodgers at this point.
Obviously the standard is the standard.

Best the offense has looked since the first 8 or so games of 2020 is when Mason Rudolph plays...

Well, I guess Russ and Rodgers both had a big game or two.

at 41 its rare for a QB to change his mechanics. Rodgers gas always thrown off balance. I forget what sports radio show it was but the host was talking about watching Rodgers play as a backup isn’t good for a young QB because he is able to do so much without proper mechanics and he makes it look easy.

Also wanted to add that its telling that the more vet QB’s play in our system the worse they look. Maybe its age or stubbornness but Russ and Rodgers burned out rather quickly after fast starts. I’m sure we will go back to Rodgers once he is cleared and I won’t be shocked if we end up struggling the rest of the season. Something fishy about the way these guys turned into skittish QB’s after a few games.

They better roll with Rudolph this coming week for sure.

I'm with you on this. Rodgers won't play because of his left wrist. Mason is going to play. There will be no controversy. The controversy may come in 2 weeks.

In 10 games, Rodgers has thrown 19 TDs. We haven't had that kind of production from the QB position since Ben. I was hoping his play wouldn't drop off as the season went on but these last two games, his arrow was pointing straight down. Mason might level off the arrow but I don't see us winning the division or a playoff game with him at the helm. And Rodgers seems like toast. Ugh.

Small fracture in his wrist on the non throwing arm. Question is if it will affect holding the ball. He is saying he wants to play. 50-50. He does have a 25-5 career record against the Bears.
