Won't be too excited win or loss of what it reveals. Good Steeler teams lose on the west coast, but if we win it might just be horrible oline play due to injuries on the Chargers. Win would be good to pad the division lead but will tell me nothing about how good the team is.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

I'm usually the type who says win together, lose together, there are plenty of reasons why a team can lose. Yesterday there was one reason that stuck out like a sore thumb. Aaron Rodgers played his worst game by far, and was missing guys all over the field. He could have easily had this game put away early which would have loosened up the D. Instead he was missing open receivers which killed momentum and forced field goal attempts. I think I can go through all my years of posting on this site and not find one where I call out one player as almost the sole reason for a loss. This was it.Comment

If it's solely on Rodgers than why didn't we run Warren 25 times. He had 70 yards on 14 rushes. Can't the coaching staff detect what astute fans can. Change it up like I said in my thread. The Chargers new our game plan , we stuck to it and they made us look very bad.Comment

The Steelers just need to go 4-4 the rest of the way and this season will be another successful one.Obviously the standard is the standard.Comment

So superman let me ask you, other than the Dolphins, after yesterday, who do you have confidence in victories? There is no consistency in our play. That team last night couldn't beat Ohio State. That's my complaint, we are a team who truly plays week to week. We are a different team every week.Comment

The box of chocolates post was spot on. Week to week, we don't know what we're getting. The one thing I didn't expect is that Rodgers would forget how to throw. He's been so good all season. Last night was atrocious. Hopefully that's a one game aberration. But in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter. I never expected this team to win a ring this year and I hope to God he's not our QB again next year. We need a plan for the future, not a continued plan of trying to squeeze something out of retread QBs.Comment
