Antonio Brown captured after months on the lam -- headed to Dade County jail

Does this board even work any more? Testing. Testing. Ahem. Hello? Testing. Our once beloved Antonio Brown, now a violent, fugitive jagoff, is headed to jail and probably prison for quite some time.
Ex-NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown was extradited from Dubai to the United States to face attempted murder charges tied to a shooting after a Miami boxing event in May.

My sons all had 84 jerseys and he was all that at one time. Sadly myself and now my adult sons all feel this once great Steeler may have CTE and badly needs help. Too you could kind of see this coming.

It's too bad. For about 6 or 7 years AB was the best WR in the league. Big Ben to AB was the best combo during the same span. I feel bad for AB. He's got to have some type of mental issue.

You know Moonie, this site works, there is no edit function and you can't quote. There is no paragraphing either. One thing there is no ads. I check out the Steelerfans forum and it's nothing but ads. We can make this work the old school way.

I have a hard time believing AB has gone downhill just because of CTE. I truly believe he wasn’t a nice person before the Burfict hit. I remember a woman telling the newspaper AB showed up 2 hours late to a signing and then treated fans like crap. Maybe CTE made him more of what he already was but I think money, fame, etc also contributed. His coach in college or HS also said he had huge emotional swings each day. I wonder if he is bipolar?

Money post, Dizz. His profile fits in with bipolar. But some bipolar people realize they need help. And others just decide they want to be pr1ck$. I think AB is likely one of the latter.

He wasn’t the same after the Burfict hit to the head. But I’m happy he got a chip with Bucs. He clearly has CTE.

I have a childhood friend that kinda reminds me of AB and bipolar describes him well. Sometimes, he's one of the nicest guys around and is a very hard worker. Other times, he's just rambling on about everything, starting arguments and fights and getting himself in trouble with the law. It's like a switch flips and he can't control himself.

A friend back home in Pittsburgh had a best friend who suffered from a bipolar disorder. I saw him a few years ago and he seemed normal. I had no idea he was bipolar. Then a few months later I found out he locked himself inside his moms house. She called the police. There was a stand off for hours and then he came outside with a knife and they killed him. This was in a nice part of Pittsburgh like Fox Chapel. They didn’t even try to taze him. Just shot him in front of his mother and neighbors.

Not trying to bash AB but I keep seeing people say the hit changed him. Folks act like he was up for humanitarian of the year awards and known for his positivity and selflessness behavior off the field. Dude was always said to be a terrible person. Not sure how true it is but I seriously doubt the hit turned him into an azzhole. Also.. he had one of his best seasons after the hit.

That's horrible. I usually try to support the cops, but in that situation, it sounds like they were way out of line.

all I know is I loved watching that dude play every week. It saddens me tremendously the train wreck that has unfolded since he stripped off his uniform and left the field.

Agreed Starlifter. Between the lines that man was one of the best to ever do it. A friend of mine’s older brother was a coach on AB’s college team. He said every time AB touched the ball he put on a show. I still remember AB’s first return. I think it was a punt and he we did a reverse and he took it to the house and ran backwards from the 15. Unfortunately there was a flag but I knew at that moment he was special.
