We can't get rid of Tomlin fast enough. He should have been let go atleast 6 years ago.

Don't people get tired of predicting this will happen every year? Rooney doesn't like paying people to not work for him. When Tomlin leaves it will be (a) because Tomlin decides to leave (like Noll and Cowher) or (b) because Rooney doesn't renew his contract (hasn't happened to a head coach in Pittsburgh since just before Nixon was president (I think...I'm a Canadian, but I think that timeline is correct).

Noll retired but as I remember, he was restricted on who he could hire or retain at the end. He chose to retire instead of working under too much control. I see something like this happening with Mike T. He will retire after perhaps an understanding between he and Art is reached. This will happen because I believe we are going to be embarrassed Sunday and than again in LA.We are on the verge of a historically bad season. We had bad seasons before but we stayed in games.
