And the reason can't be that Fields actually isn't an MVP type talent like Windy has said that he is.

Analytics pretty much backs up what this guy is saying. In general, Wilson just does not throw many intermediate (10-19 yd) passes. It's short or moonballs. That's it. The inside slant dime to Pickens last game actually shocked me because we see so little of that. And the TD to Austin in the middle EZ was also a shocker.

Steelers have had to deal with QB limitations for half a decade now. I don't know when they'll find a solution, but you can't say they are not trying to find it.

Fittapaldo thinks they are going to sign Wilson to a 4 year deal around 40 million per and let Fields walk.
