The league noticed the eye black message Tomlin didn't
Pickens fined $10K for putting a personal message on his eye black, which everyone in the country, except apparently for Mike Tomlin, saw last Sunday night.
I'd imagine he was also fined from the team for conduct. My understanding (from the Foster show) is that teams have wide discretion on what those fines can look like.
Unlike league fines, team fines are private though.
