        offense still looks disjointed
        and the passing game stinks

Fields is no where near Big Ben’s talent level. Just stop.

It's crazy...I suppose this is true for a lot of teams, but if a couple of plays break differently we could be 6-0. Although maybe we could also be 2-4 if we take away a couple good plays since we play so many close games.

Was nice to not have a heart attack inducing game for a week.

Sounds like good news. Will keep fingers crossed over here.

Given the game situation, I think pulling him was the right decision. Particularly since we got a pick while I think he was still in the locker room.

The point is Fields was looking downfield to make a play. I want that in a QB. And a sack there meant very little other than a slightly longer FG.

Outside of the opening drives, that was a fun one to watch. Total team win, every unit contributed, hopefully something to build on. Still left a lot to work on, but it's the first multi-score road victory since November of 2020, so can't complain too much.

Also glad that Frazier's injury doesn't appear to be serious.

always happy and satisfied when they win and they certainly performed well in what should have been a must win game against a team with a lot of starters not playing. Of course the Steelers also had multiple starters out - so it's a quality win nonetheless. I think the Jets will be a challenge of course, but Rogers is a statue out there and no longer making plays with his legs. As long as we don't let him pick us apart ala Flacco - this game is winnable.

I don't want to be overly optimistic or jinx them in any way - but with a little luck, 6-2 at the bye? that would be something.

Our D should get after both NY teams at home in prime time.

Bishop will be targeted all day. He was in the Raiders game and it was ugly. Rodgers still has an arm and can throw an accurate ball. He had a bad game against Minny but that Flores defense is something special. The Steelers secondary will get tested. It will be a game the offense will need to score 20+ to win.

And it might be pretty close to a must win for the Jets.

If the Bills can beat them tonight, they're 2-4. Then we could put them to 2-5.

If we're genuinely interested in trading for Adams (and it doesn't happen before next week), beating the Jets seems like good way to get rid of the competition in the trade market.

A 2-5 team maybe starts thinking more about next season than making a big "win now" trade.
